With grandsons Ed and Dave Mafoud at the helm, old world traditions and new world technology provide the perfect recipe for their extensive bakery line of pitas, wraps, paninis and roll-ups.

While state-of-the-art machines offer speed and consistency, Grandpa would be proud that quality and taste have never been compromised. Ed and Dave know bread, love bread, and were instilled with the passion of bread-making at an early age. With their parents and grandfather as their mentors, these brothers take their craft, their art, very seriously. They also realize you are their customer and have adapted flexible product lines, introducing new flavors based on your feedback.
