4 Damascus Red Peppers & Onion Roll-ups
5 – 3oz tuna steaks
2 teaspoons olive or canola oil
1 egg white
Salt
Freshly ground pepper
½ cup sesame seeds
¼ cup soy sauce
Ginger
Sesame oil
Preparation
Whisk egg white briskly adding salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Season tuna with mixture. Dip tuna steaks in seeds. Sauté steaks in sesame oil leaving middle rare and ends crusty. Drain. Roll tuna and relish with ginger.
