Damascus all natural granola roll-up (you can also use a wrap): 1
Fresh roasted turkey (thinly sliced): 4 oz.
Cranberry relish: 2 oz.
Romaine lettuce blend: 1 oz.
Mayonnaise: 1 tablespoon
Preparation

with an offset spatula, spread the tablespoon of mayonnaise along the top of the short side of the roll-up.
place 0.5 oz. of the shredded romaine lettuce in the center of the wrap.
place the 4 oz. of the fresh roasted turkey over the romaine lettuce.
place the 2 oz. of cranberry relish on top of the 4 oz. of fresh roasted turkey breast.
place the remaining 0.5 oz. of shredded romaine lettuce over the cranberry relish.
gently fold over the short end of the roll-up, tucking the ingredients in as you roll.
with a chef’s knife cut the roll-up diagonally in half.
