Pre-cooked bacon: 2 strips
Fresh roasted turkey (thin slices): 2.5 oz.
Muenster cheese (thinly sliced): 1 oz.
Tomato: 2 slices (each cut in half)
Bacon ranch dressing: 1 & ½ tablespoons
Romaine lettuce blend: 1 oz.
Mayonnaise: 1 tablespoon
Preparation
With an offset spatula, spread the tablespoon of mayonnaise along the top of the short side of the roll-up.
Toss the romaine lettuce with the 1 & ½ tablespoons of bacon dressing.
Place the 1 oz. of thinly sliced fresh turkey breast over the cheese.
Place the 2 strips of bacon over the cheese.
Place the tossed romaine blend lettuce over the bacon strips.
Place the 4 tomato slice halves evenly over the romaine lettuce.
Gently fold over the short end of the roll-up, tucking the ingredients in as you roll.
With a chef’s knife, cut the roll-up diagonally in half.
Enjoy! (You can also place it in the oven at about 350° for 1 to 2 minutes if you like your sandwich a little crispy).
